12- week indoor/outdoor fitness and lifestyle management program for men & women of all fitness levels, and sizes looking to totally transform their weight, self-esteem, strength, stamina and energy level.

We provide you with the tools necessary to tap into your internal subconscious reservoir in order to revitalize, energize and totally transform your mind, body and spirit.

In conjunction with our vigorous exercise programs, we also provide nutritional coaching, support and inspiration, and instill courage throughout the course of our program.  Start making your weight loss and fitness dreams a reality!

 

What is it?

Boot Camp is a women's & men’s only four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional guidance and team motivation. We meet both indoors and outdoors.

Boot camp has exercise sessions 3 or 2 days a week for one hour and educational classes once a week for 2 hours in length.  Educational classes are offered at our home office in Upland, CA.

 

What Makes Us Unique?

While your physical training program will be performed in a team environment, you will receive personalized fitness assessments, fitness guidance and nutritional coaching to help you reach your individual goals. However, our educational program is designed to help motivate you and to transform your lifestyle. 

We cover various aspects of development: Physical, Spiritual, Educational, Global, Economical, Social, Emotional, Personal and Nutritional.  In these areas, we teach you self hypnosis, meditation, stress management, how to eliminate clutter (both emotionally & physically), goal setting, time management, over coming doubts and fears, discovering your life path, creating a personal mission statement, journaling, and food logs.

All educational classes are led by industry professionals and our fitness programs are taught by certified fitness professionals. Additionally, each of our fitness instructors are CPR/First Aid certified by the American Heart association and is fully committed to your success. Our program offers the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours. We provide you with a supportive fitness community and offer lifetime educational programs that you will not find anywhere else.

 

What if I am not physically fit?

This program is designed for all levels of fitness.  We concern ourselves more with ensuring that you understand the exercises and are performing assigned tasks correctly.  We are not a traditionally "work till you drop" boot camp but rather a fun and practical group program designed to ensure safe and quality lifetime results.

 

What types of exercises are included in the program?

Exercises focus on: functional exercises, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, jump roping, hill running/walking, balance, stability, sports drills, medicine ball work, stair climbing, partner drills, yoga, and much more. 

 

How often will we meet?

We will exercise 3 or 2 days per week (depending on the program you choose) for one hour and have class instruction 1 day a week for two hours during the 12-week session.  All participants will be expected to arrive on time!

 

Why should I participate?

Along with achieving both physical and lifestyle improvements, you will also meet great women or men who share your same passion for attaining a healthy body and mind. Plus, you will gain more energy, self-confidence & clarity.

 

What is the cost (investment)?

Each 12-week boot camp has a registration of $300 for those wishing to do the 3 day exercise plus education class and $199 for those wishing to do the 2 day exercise plus education class.  This fee includes a t-shirt, all camp workbooks and materials. We offer a limited number of scholarships.  Also, there are discounts available for repeat boot camp members who wish to stick around after their 12 week session.

 

Once we receive your registration information we will contact you to schedule your pre-boot camp assessment. This assessment will be administered by one of our personal trainers.

What is the sign-up process?

Go to the Register page and fill out the 3 registration forms located on the Register/Schedule page. After completing and mailing the registration forms, you will be contacted via email to schedule your pre-boot camp assessment.

 

What is the Pre-Boot Camp Assessment?

It includes:

  • An introduction to Boot Camp and Welcome Packet
  • A review of your medical and fitness history.
  • Assistance in setting your fitness goals and tips on how to best achieve these goals.
  • A brief walk through of some nutritional information and the ability to ask questions you may have regarding your nutrition.
  • Body measurements and exercise assessments to see where you are prior to beginning camp. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.

 

How many coaches will we have?

There will be one head coach and 1 assistant coach at each class depending on the class size. No class is larger that 20 people.

Will I be sore after the workouts?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days or even the first week of camp. After that point, you may feel generally   slight to moderate soreness,

 

What types of people go to camp?

A great majority of the people who attend our camp has access to either a gym membership or their own personal workout equipment.  They may even be a little experienced at working out on their own.  The problem is, they just want additional support.  Often they just need a support system to help motivate him or her to begin their fitness and wellness program.

 

Is there a refund policy?

We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstance beyond your control. This credit is applied towards your next 12 week boot camp session and is non-transferable. There is no cash refunds offered.

 

What is a typical day like at boot camp?

That's difficult to say since each day is designed to meet the needs of our attendees. You can expect: yoga, mat work, some running/walking, weight training,  jumping rope, cardio drills and body weight training each week. Our educational classes our interactive and geared to awaken the genie within.   It's always creative, and you'll always have fun!

 

What will I do after boot camp is over?

You will meet with your trainer again for a post-assessment. You can opt to return for as many camps as you like. We offer discounts to retuning boot campers.
